- Manual internal debeader designed to remove internal weld beads in thermoplastic pipes (PE/PP/PPR) and restore full-bore diameter to reduce flow resistance.
- Compact cutting head, centering/locating rings and modular alloy rods enabling access up to 12 m inside the pipe.
Key features & operation
- Purpose: eliminate internal weld beads to recover full internal diameter and improve hydraulic performance.
- Operation: manual rotation of the handle drives the cutting blade to cut and retrieve the bead while minimising contact with the pipe interior.
- Rod system: modular alloy rods allow incremental extension to reach deep-seated beads; total accessible length up to 12 m.
- Materials: compatible with PE, HDPE, PP and PPR pipes.
