Description

The ZF27-550(L) gas-insulated metal-enclosed switchgear is a new generation 550kVGIS independently developed by our company, with product technical parameters reaching an internationally leading level. It can be used in 500kV power systems to achieve system control, measurement, and protection. The main components include circuit breakers, isolating switches, grounding switches, quick grounding switches, current transformers, busbars, and incoming and outgoing bushings. The outer insulation of the bushings is air insulation, while the remaining components are enclosed inside a grounding housing using SF6 gas as the arc extinguishing and insulating medium. Different wiring methods can be combined according to user requirements. The circuit breaker uses a single-cut-mouth pressurized air arc extinguishing chamber with excellent arc extinguishing capability. The isolating switch uses a three-station mechanism, enabling mechanical interlock of isolation and grounding contacts. The structure is simple and reasonable, transmission is safe and reliable, and the busbar switching current capacity reaches 4000A. The current transformer adopts an external structure, completely solving the problem of excessive moisture in the coil's internal gas chamber, fundamentally preventing foreign matter from entering the chamber. The coil is bundled and cast as a whole, making the structure simple, safe, and reliable. The quick grounding switch meets Class C breaking parameter requirements and reaches an advanced international level of its kind. The entire sleeve undergoes a 0.5g (level 9 seismic intensity) acceleration seismic test and meets the requirements for high-altitude use.
