Description

The ZF27-1100(L)/Y6300-63 gas-insulated metal-enclosed switchgear (GIS) is an outdoor three-phase UHV AC switchgear. The device consists of a circuit breaker, isolating switch, grounding switch, quick-ground switch, current transformer, busbar, bushing, lightning arrester, voltage transformer, and a muner control cabinet. Except for the sleeve, which is insulated by air, all other components are enclosed inside a grounding housing that uses SF6 gas as the arc extinguishing and insulating medium. Product technical specifications: High insulation level, strong current capacity, maximum rated current for circuit breakers and disconnect switches up to 8000A, busbar up to 9000A; Rated short-circuit breaking current of 63kA, with full capacity breaking up to 16 times; The circuit breaker adopts a double-cut structure, and the arc extinguishing chamber uses a compressed air structure design. Closing resistors can be set as needed to reduce closing operation overvoltage; Excellent breaking performance, mechanical lifespan up to 10,000 cycles; The isolating switch is designed with an arc suppression coil to achieve arc extinguishing functionality. Depending on requirements, switching resistors or ferrite busbars can be set to suppress VFTO and reduce operating overvoltage, with a mechanical lifespan of up to 10,000 cycles.
