平高电气 offers the GXH5 series of environmental AC gas-insulated lines (GIL) in 252 kV, 550 kV and 1100 kV ratings. Available gas schemes include SF6/N2 mixtures and C4F7N/CO2 mixtures. The C4F7N/CO2 solution provides a full replacement for SF6, reducing global warming potential (GWP) by approximately 97.5%, while the SF6/N2 option cuts SF6 usage by about 60.5% and supports operation down to -40°C. The environmental GIL products maintain the structural dimensions, technical maturity and compactness of traditional SF6 GIL, ensuring strong parts commonality and high interchangeability for substation retrofits and expansions.
