Design and OperationREVOLUTIONPLUS 10-75 HP models feature a single impeller and air cooling. Motor options include aluminum-rotor induction, copper-rotor induction or permanent magnet synchronous motors, selected per performance needs. The compression stage includes a blow-off valve to protect the unit during start/stop cycles. An inverter regulates the high-speed motor RPM. Units are installed in sound-insulated cabinets and include a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) for monitoring, control and speed adjustment. A Variable Speed Drive (VSD) is fitted as standard.
