OverviewThe TurboTron™ regenerative blower/exhauster is a single-impeller unit that achieves multistage compression with one rotating element. Engineered for continuous industrial duty, it is suitable for blower or vacuum applications that require pulse-free flow and reliable performance.
Full Flow and Half FlowAvailable in Full Flow and Half Flow series, TurboTron™ units are offered as belt-driven or direct-driven configurations and can be supplied within pre-engineered TurboPak systems for simplified installation.
Trouble-Free OperationDesign features minimize maintenance: one moving part, no timing gears, non-contacting shaft seals and bearings that require only occasional greasing. The aluminum housing provides corrosion resistance and a non-binding Teflon seal is used in close tolerance areas to maintain reliability.
Quiet and Pulse-Free PerformanceTurboTron™ delivers continuous, pulse-free airflow and clean vacuum while operating quietly (82 dBA at 3 ft, up to 14 inHg). It is designed for applications where low noise and consistent flow are critical.
