Description

V5025 Series linear control valves are 2-way pressure balanced control valves suitable to regulate hot and chilled water flow across a wide range of close-off pressure and KVS requirements. V5025 valves are used primarily for modulating control of hot and chilled water in closed loop hydronic systems with up to 50% glycol. They are 2-way and can be operated by linear actuators with 20mm stroke for sizes DN15-DN80, such as ML6420, ML6425, ML7420, ML7425, ML6421, ML8824, and ML7421, or by pneumatic actuators MP953. Larger sizes used with 38mm stroke actuators, such as ML6421, ML8824, and ML7421 Nodular iron body with flanged end connections. Low seat leakage rate with self-adjusting packing. Pressure balanced design for extreme close-off performance. Accurate positioning to ensure first rate temperature control. Equal percentage flow characteristic. PN25 pressure class, connection size range DN15-125. EN / DIN 14597 certificate in combination with select ML6425 and ML7425 safety actuators.
