Cable fault pointing device is to determine the power cable failure point by means of acoustics. An electronic flashover is generated by means of an impingement discharge generator. The acoustic and magnetic signals of the electronic flashover wave are picked up and amplified by the corresponding probes, and are judged by hearing and visual. To determine the exact location of the fault point, that is, to complete the precise positioning task within the rough measurement range of the cable fault point.
Performance:
(1) Acoustic waves and electromagnetic waves generated when the fault point is discharged can be synchronously received to determine the position of the cable fault point.
(2) Magnification, 500,000 times.
(3) Working voltage: ±9V±20%
(4) Quiescent current: <10mA
(5) Receive signal: vibration and magnetic field signals when the fault is discharged
(6) Output impedance: 350Ω
(7) Positioning accuracy: 0.2m
