Overview
  • Portable locator for non-intrusive detection and depth measurement of buried pipelines, power and communication cables, and optical fibers. Model: HZ-4000A by Huazheng Electric.

  • Receiver detects route, exact position, depth and induced current of underground pipes and cables; left/right and front/rear arrows plus dB readout for damage indication.
  • External induction clamp for testing where direct connection is not possible; backlight for low-light operation.
  • Optional GPS geolocation and professional data analysis software for automatic mapping and reporting.
  • Integrated multimeter functions: output/line voltage, line current, impedance, power and continuity/insulation tests.

  • Multiple positioning modes (valley/peak/broad peak/peak arrow) and complementary measurement methods to improve accuracy.
  • Depth measurement methods: dual-level coil direct reading; single-level coil 80%/50% methods; 45 method. Receiver switches antenna mode and sensitivity automatically for depth readings.
  • Strong anti-interference design measuring horizontal component, vertical component and horizontal gradient; transmitter output up to 10 W, continuously adjustable.
  • Multiple selectable frequencies: transmitter frequencies include 128 Hz, 512 Hz, 1 kHz, 2 kHz, 8 kHz, 33 kHz, 65 kHz, 83 kHz; receiver supports radio and many passive frequencies (50 Hz, 100 Hz, etc.).
  • Large-capacity lithium batteries for long continuous operation; rechargeable and can operate via adapter.
