Description
The lightweight S6P is an axial flow pump which has been designed to pump high volumes of water at relatively low heads. The pump has a propeller design which enables it to be driven by small hydraulic power sources. These can include backhoes, tractors or 10 to 15 HP power units. The S6P can be utilized for tank filling, cofferdam de-watering, lake draining, flood irrigation and arial firefighting.
It is 6 inches in size and has a maximum flow of 1180 GPM (4450 LPM). The maximum head is 25 feet (7.5 m), the hydraulic input is 7 GPM (26 LPM) and the maximum hydraulic pressure is 2500 PSI (170 bar). It has a maximum weight of 43 lbs (19 kg). The exceptionally light weight and high volume axial propeller design enables one man set-up to be achieved.
