IDA is a modular vehicle disinfecting and washing system designed for livestock and animal breeding farms to prevent the spread of disease and viruses. The system integrates pump, dosing, connection, wheel/frame and arch disinfection modules and is suitable for factories and farms that require compliance with strict hygiene standards. Assembly is bolted and requires no special tools.

ZX.9900 (Pump module)
Operating pressure 100 bar, flow rate 21 l/min. Frame in galvanized steel with stainless steel cover. Complete with:

• Electric motor 3x400V - 1450 rpm
• Camshaft pump HP 150 bar, 21 l/min with 3 ceramic pistons and brass head
• Control valve and safety valve
• Pressure gauge
• Photocells for automatic operation
• Flashing indicator light during operation
• ON-OFF manual control with anti-ice kit

• 8.2002S — Double-life nebulizer with internal epoxy coating. Equipment: spray gun (internal parts Viton® + SS), 600 mm SS lance with brass fan nozzle, pressure gauge, safety valve, ball valve, 10 m Rilsan spiral hose with anti-twist connection. Max pressure 8 bar.
• ZX.9905 — Pump unit kit with 20 m high-pressure hose, 1200 mm hose with gun and shut-off valves. Washing phase excludes disinfecting phase.
• CDR.2023-25 — Idro Safe 25 L: disinfectant and antibacterial product (medical-surgical device grade).
• ZX.2350-10 — BKD®-Purple 10 L: sanitizer concentrate.
