Product description
Through-flow heaters are designed for heating water and water-based liquids in direct or circulation systems. IHP's units are manufactured in acid-resistant stainless steel AISI 316L (1.4404) and are available in four power classes to match surface load to the liquid characteristics. Internal baffles create a sinusoidal turbulent flow, improving heat transfer efficiency.

Temperature control
The supplied digital temperature controller (CE marked) supports even heating, ramp functions, adjustable maximum temperature, programmable steps with ramps and set points, and is calibrated for process control up to 90°C.

Installation
The stainless steel heater can be mounted horizontally on the floor or vertically on the wall. Liquid connects via dedicated inlet and outlet ports. IHP can provide installation support and preventive maintenance. Cable between heater and control unit is approx. 2800mm. RCD is not included (socket assumed protected).
