Description

Overview BEU Urea+ control valve is engineered for urea fertiliser and carbamate production, providing precise flow control in severe-service conditions. The internal trim and flow path eliminate dead zones and include an anti-crystallisation geometry to reduce fouling and maintain stable operation. Constructed from high-alloy, corrosion-resistant materials, the valve is suitable for aggressive process media and designed for simplified maintenance access.

Primary benefits
  • No dead zone design prevents crystallisation and clogging
  • High-alloy materials and alloy-based trim coatings resist aggressive process media
  • Live-loaded packing and EEEasy-seal™ options minimise leakage and maintenance

Key features
  • Specialised packing design: live-loaded or EEEasy-seal™
  • Unique trim geometry to avoid crystallisation and fouling
  • Alloy-based coatings on trim parts to extend service life
  • No-dead-zone internal flow path
  • High-alloy, corrosion-resistant body and internals
  • Top-entry design for in-line maintenance
  • Compatibility with various actuator types (pneumatic standard)
  • Over-plug or under-plug flow arrangements
  • Flanged ends: DIN 2696 lens ring gaskets or ASME B16.5 / EN 1092-1
  • Leakage performance to ANSI/FCI 70-2 and EN 60534-4 Class IV or V
