Overview
ELE-TRAK is a compact electric actuator designed for fast, precise control of steam, water and gas valves in power generation and oil & gas applications. The actuator is fully self-contained and requires only electrical power and communications, eliminating external pneumatic or hydraulic systems. A dedicated control cabinet with prefabricated cables handles motor drive, logic control and communications for integration.

Functionality and operation

• Fast and accurate valve positioning via a servo motor driven electric cylinder or a proportional valve controlled hydraulic cylinder.
• Available in electric or hydraulic actuation configurations with choice of mechanical or hydropneumatic shut off.
• Trip functions with multiple trip modes (Stay in Place, Trip Open, Trip Close) and optional SIL2 functionality.
• Integrated miniature hydraulic power unit available in hydraulic configurations.
• High corrosion protection with optional marine grade finishes and ATEX execution options.
