Description

High-Reliability Image Sensor Socket for CCD & CMOS Evaluation Board - Compatible with SONY IMX series - For CCD & CMOS Evaluation Board - For LGA,BGA,QFN -" Pitch A solution for LGA device testing, circuit verification and development. In the inspection of CCD & CMOS, which have been diversified in recent years, there is no need to mount the device directly on the PC Board. As a result, costs can be kept down as there is no need to replace the PC Board when upgrading, and the damage to the motherboard caused by melting the solder each time it is replaced can be reduced. We can custom design according to various types such as manual use, handler use, burn-in use. In addition, since the socket can be attached directly to the evaluation board, it can be used in combination with a machine vision camera. Current Rating - Temperature Range - Contact Resistance - Acceptable Device type - LGA,(BGA,QFN) * We do not handle it, so please prepare a commercially available product. Since the C mount and socket cannot be used together, please prepare the CS mount. ** We also design and manufacture PC Boards. Please feel free to contact us. *** When using a socket, adjustment is required because the distance between the Image Sensor and the surface of the mounter differs from the CS Mount standard. Therefore, by using the adjustment ring (1-32UNF), the "CS mount" can be set to a flange back that conforms to the long focal length "C mount" standard, demonstrating its performance. We also manufacture adjustment rings, so please contact us. (C Mount and CS Mount are defined by JEITA as standards for industrial cameras.)
