OverviewThe 316L electropolished Chemical Delivery System (CDS) is designed for contamination-free liquid handling in EV battery manufacturing. Electropolished 316L internal piping with a 5Ra finish minimizes particle entrapment and ion leaching. The system integrates PLC-controlled automation, HMI, nitrogen blanketing for volatile organics, secondary containment with automatic leak detection, and monitoring to maintain the zero-contamination environment required for electrolyte filling and chemical dosing.
