Materials & contamination controlFor aggressive acids such as Hydrofluoric (HF), custom engineering commonly uses PFA-lined piping or high-grade 316L electropolished stainless steel to prevent corrosion and metallic ion leaching. Systems are configured for ultra-high purity (parts-per-trillion) requirements using 316L electropolished stainless steel with a 5Ra surface finish to minimize particle shedding and ensure chemical inertness throughout fluid paths.
Safety, automation & containmentThe intelligence of the custom Jewellok CDS is in its automated safety architecture. Every system includes secondary containment (pipe-within-a-pipe or cabinet-within-a-cabinet) coupled with high-sensitivity leak detection. Managed by a centralized PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), the system can trigger immediate automated shutdown of pneumatic valves on leak or pressure anomaly. Additional measures include nitrogen blanketing for volatile solvents, automated leak detection, explosion-proof cabinet options and multi-tiered interlocks to protect personnel and product yield.
