Size 23 (57 mm) stepper lead screw linear actuator delivers high performance and extended duty cycles with continuous thrust capability up to 910 N. The actuator is offered in four form factors: External, Non-Captive, Electrical Cylinder (Captive) and Kaptive, enabling integration into diverse industrial motion systems.

Speed Thrust Curves
Speed vs thrust curves are available for Single Stack and Double Stack motor configurations to aid selection.

Test Condition
Testing voltage: 48 Vdc. Driver model: DS-OLS4-FPD (bipolar chopper driver) at rated current (RMS). Motor thrust varies with voltage and driver; a 50% thrust margin is recommended.

• Teflon coating
  If applications require greaseless screw and nut combinations, Teflon-coated lead screws are available to extend life and improve thrust compared with standard SUS screws. Coating applicable across lead screw options and all actuator types. Anti-backlash nut can be combined with Teflon coating.
