• Screw end machining: end‑of‑screw machining options available.
• Teflon coating: for grease‑free screw/nut combinations, a Teflon coated lead screw is available. Teflon coating can extend service life and improve thrust generation versus conventional SUS lead screws. Coating is available across the lead screw range and for all actuator types (External, Non‑Captive, Electric Cylinder, Kaptive). Anti‑backlash nuts can be combined with Teflon coated screws.
• Encoder option: resolutions (CPR) available: 64, 100, 200, 500, 1000, 1800, 2000, 2500, 3600, 4000, 5000, 7200, 8000, 10000. Single‑ended and differential output codes available per resolution.
• Power‑off brake (available for Size 34 motor): rated voltage DC 24V ±5%; resistance 69Ω ±10%; power 12W; hold torque > 6 N·m; insulation class B; insulation resistance >100 MΩ (DC500V); dielectric strength AC 1000V for 1 s; retraction time 50 ms; release time 50 ms; gyration gap 1°; emergency brake cycles 200; lifetime 500,000 cycles; noise level <60 dB.
