Overview
Size 24 (60 mm) stepper lead screw linear actuator delivers high-performance linear motion with continuous thrust capability up to 1050 N. Available in four mechanical forms: External, Non‑Captive, Electric Cylinder (Captive) and Kaptive. Configurations support single‑stack and double‑stack motor lengths and multiple screw leads to match precision and travel requirements.

Speed‑thrust curves
Speed‑thrust curves available for single‑stack and double‑stack configurations. Test condition example: 48 Vdc, driver DS‑OLS4‑FPD (bipolar chopper) at rated RMS current. Thrust varies with voltage and driver — 50% thrust margin recommended.

• Screw end machining
• Teflon coating: greaseless lead screw option to extend life and improve thrust versus conventional SUS lead screws; available across lead screw range and actuator types. Anti‑backlash nut can be combined with Teflon coating.
• Encoder options: EK2 and EK3 with multiple resolution choices and single‑ended or differential outputs. EK3 available for NEMA 24 (60 mm) Non‑Captive, Captive and Kaptive actuators.
• Power‑off brake (for Size 24 motor): DC 24V ±5%, 141 Ω ±10%, 5 W, hold torque >2 N·m, insulation class B, insulation resistance >100 MΩ (DC 500V), dielectric strength AC 1000V for 1 s, retract/release time 50 ms, emergency brake cycle 200 cycles, lifetime 500,000 cycles, noise <60 dB.
