Speed Thrust CurvesSpeed–thrust curves for the 14 mm actuator are provided to illustrate thrust vs. speed characteristics.
Test ConditionTesting voltage: 24 Vdc. Driver model: DS-OLS2-FPD bipolar (chopper) at rated current (rms). Motor thrust varies with voltage and driver; a 50% thrust margin is recommended.
Options- Screw End Machining — Screw end machining options are available to suit mounting and assembly requirements.
- Teflon Coating — Teflon-coated lead screws are available for greaseless screw-and-nut combinations; they offer improved lifecycle and thrust performance versus conventional stainless lead screws. Teflon coating can be applied across lead screw options and actuator types (External, Non-Captive, Electric Cylinder and Kaptive). Anti-backlash nuts can be combined with Teflon-coated screws.
- Encoder Option — Encoder E16 resolution options: 250, 256, 500, 512, 1000, 1024, 2000, 2048, 4000, 4096 CPR. Single-ended output codes corresponding to resolutions are provided.
