Short Description:
This spring-loaded flange rotary union is a fluid transfer component for high-temperature, high-pressure rotating equipment. It features a 90° elbow structure and a spring-loaded self-compensating sealing system to ensure stable, leak-free transfer of steam, thermal oil, water, hydraulic oil and similar media.

Reliable Sealing & Long Service Life
Spring-loaded self-compensating sealing automatically offsets seal wear and maintains consistent sealing pressure, extending operational life.
Wear-resistant seal materials are selected for high-speed rotation and continuous duty, reducing maintenance intervals.
Bidirectional sealing prevents medium leakage under varying flow directions and pressure conditions.

High Temperature & High Pressure Adaptability
Operates at temperatures up to 300°C and is compatible with steam and thermal oil.
Pressure capability up to 2.5 MPa, suitable for steelworks, paper mills, printing and dyeing facilities and similar industrial sites.
90° elbow layout allows compact installation where space or piping orientation is constrained.

Flange connection provides robust fixation and straightforward mounting/disassembly.
