The VacuFil 500 is a high-vacuum extraction unit for welding fume and dust, designed to serve up to four individual workstations or be integrated into a central piping system.

Detailed features
The VacuFil 500 handles high concentrations of welding smoke and dust. It is equipped with surface-filtration KemTex® ePTFE cartridges and automatic pulse filter cleaning controlled by differential pressure. The unit supports torch extraction and robot extraction and can be supplied with suction nozzles or high-vacuum extraction arms. A side-channel compressor provides the required negative pressure for industrial extraction tasks. The dust collection container has a 40 L capacity; compressed air for cleaning requires 5–6 bar. Noise emissions are approximately 74 dB(A).
