Description

Overview
The NC joining module NCFx Pro Type 2164A features a compact design that reduces centre distances and installation space, facilitating integration into existing machine concepts. The force sensor is mounted directly on the ram for direct force measurement and is available as a ram-mounted strain gauge or piezoelectric sensor. Digital communication between the servo amplifier and the maXYmos NC process monitoring system (Type 5847C) is provided via EtherCAT. Plug-and-play integration with maXYmos NC enables automatic identification of the joining module and automatic transfer of sensor and calibration data to parameterize the servo amplifier. Measured values are transmitted interference-free via telemetry. The Ethernet interface supports transfer of quality data via multiple protocols, visualization via VNC and data backups.
