KOA has now added Sn plating type flat chip resistors HSG73P series with max. operating temperature up to 175℃. HSG73P series applies Sn plating, which enables mounting by SAC* solder. * SAC: Sn-Ag-Cu The product offers four-size lineup from 0402 inch to 1206 inch, with high power rating and excellent pulse resistant characteristics, HSG73P series is suitable for the applications used under high temperature environment as below. Application examples Automotives：Power Control Unit, sensors around the engines, Mechatronical integration of motor drive unit, etc. Industrial equipment: Devices operated under high temperature(power supplies, measuring equipment), peripherals of power devices, excavators etc. Features •High heat resistance that can be used even at high temperatures of 155℃ or higher.
