KOA has released new flat chip resistors HSG73P series with max. operating temperature up to 200℃. HSG73P series applies Au plating, which enables mounting by conductive adhesive . The produt offers four-size lineup from 0402 inch to 1206 inch, with high power rating and excellent pulse resistant charateristics, HSG73P series is suitable for the applications used under high temperature environment as below. Application examples Automotives：Power Control Unit, sensors around the engines, Mechatronical integration of motor drive unit, etc. Industrial equipment: Devices operated under high temperature(power supplies, measuring equipment), peripherals of power devices, excavators etc. •High heat résistance that can be used even at high températures of 155*0 or higher. The maximum operating température of Sn plating products compatible with solder mounting is 175*0, and Au plating products compatible with conductive glue mounting is 200*0. •Excellent heat résistance and weather résistance are ensured by the use of métal glaze thick film. •High stability and high reliability with the triple-layer structure of electrode. •Superior to RK73 sériés chip resistors puise withstanding voltage and high power. •Applicable to various kinds of automatic mounters for taping, etc. •Products meet EU-RoHS requirements.
