Product overview
The S40 is a multifunctional electric food processing machine designed for industrial and commercial use. Primarily intended for cabbage slicing (sauerkraut, coleslaw, kimchi), it is also suited to high-volume processing of vegetables, fruits and cheeses. The unit can operate standalone or be integrated into a production line. Built-in safety cover stops the machine when opened. Designed for easy maintenance and cleaning with low-pressure water. Typical capacity: 500–1500 kg/h; handles up to ~20 kg per load. Disc diameter: 40 cm.

  • Slicing Disc 2 mm — coin-like slices when used with vertical hopper (cucumber, pepper, apple, carrot, lettuce).
