Product overviewThe S40 is a multifunctional electric food processing machine designed for industrial and commercial use. Primarily intended for cabbage slicing (sauerkraut, coleslaw, kimchi), it is also suited to high-volume processing of vegetables, fruits and cheeses. The unit can operate standalone or be integrated into a production line. Built-in safety cover stops the machine when opened. Designed for easy maintenance and cleaning with low-pressure water. Discs and cutting options- Slicing Disc 10–20 mm — adjustable slice height 10–20 mm; used for lettuce and vertical orientation with hopper.
- Slicing Disc 1–6 mm — cabbage cutting disc (1–8 mm range noted); productive 5-blade disc for sauerkraut and salads.
- Coleslaw Slicing Disc — cuts cabbage into 3–5 cm pieces, fixed thickness 1–3 mm for coleslaw.
- Slicing Disc 2 mm — coin-like slices when used with vertical hopper (cucumber, pepper, apple, carrot, lettuce).
- Stick Cutting Disc 3×3 mm — julienne/stick cuts for beets, carrots, cucumbers.
- Grating Disc 2 / 3 / 4 / 6 mm — multiple hole sizes; 4 mm common for cheese/carrot, 6 mm for coarser grating.
- Mashing Disc / Parmesan Grating Disc — fine grating for hard cheeses and vegetable purees.
Accessories- Standard hopper — faster feeding for whole cabbages and large vegetables.
- Hopper with holes — enables vertical orientation for coins and long slices.
- Hopper with pusher — maintains orientation for Korean-style or kimchi slicing.
- Cone hopper — convenient for frequent grating and pouring from buckets.
- Hopper with safety lid — machine stops when lid is opened for operator safety.
- Cabbage core drill — crushes or removes core before slicing (wall-mount option).
- Transporter/conveyor — feeds uncut produce into the machine or moves processed product to containers/mixers.
