Overview
Compact industrial vegetable processing machine for high-volume production. Designed for slicing, grating, julienne stick cutting, shredding and optional mashing/kimchi preparation. Output depends on disc configuration: 2,000–4,000 kg/h.

Discs

• Slicing Disc 0–5 mm (standard, fixed) — 4- or 9-blade options for slicing cabbage, onions, potatoes and other vegetables; some setups limit cut height to 0–3 mm for specific formats.
• Julienne Stick Cutting Disc 3x3 mm — produces 3×3 mm sticks for carrots, potatoes, cabbage.
• Grating Discs 3, 4, 5 or 6 mm — for high-volume grating of carrots, cabbage, potatoes, beets (certain grating configurations rated up to 4,000 kg/h).

General features

• Stainless-steel cutting knives: durable, retain sharpness to reduce sharpening frequency.
• Cabbage core drill (optional): crushes/cuts the core of whole cabbage heads; can be mounted on the machine or on the wall.
• Transporter/conveyors: feed uncut vegetables to the machine and move processed product to barrels, tanks or mixers.
• High productivity: handles cabbage heads up to Ø30 cm and up to 8 kg; up to 4,000 kg/h depending on product and disc.
• Easy maintenance: removable discs; washable with low-pressure water.
• Salting vat / salt & spice dispenser option: movable dosing frame to add salt/spices during processing.
