Description

Product description
The S80 automatic cabbage processing line prepares shredded cabbage for fermentation (e.g. sauerkraut) and for salads. It is an integrated system combining loading, core removal, cutting/shredding, seasoning and conveying to produce cabbage ready for further processing or packaging. Nominal line capacity: up to 8 t/h.

Slicing discs (options)

  • Cabbage cutting disc 1–8 mm — high-productivity disc with 5 blades, fixed cutting thickness, common for sauerkraut and salads
  • Coleslaw slicing disc — produces 3–5 cm pieces with fixed thickness 1–3 mm, used for coleslaw-style salads
  • Up to 9 disc options available for slicing, grating, mashing and julienne operations
