Description

It is an automatic labelling system capable of applying a wrap-around label to pharmaceutical bottles and vials at high speed. MASTER WA-RM is configured to meet the strictest pharmaceutical regulations and can integrate numerous control and verification options such as camera vision systems. The system is optionally supplied with CFR21-Part 11 and validation documents. - LABELX 140 RM labelling machine with dual motorisation - Horizontal and vertical micrometric adjustment unit with numeric position indicators - Flat belt conveyor module - ScrET spacing device - Product rotation device - Automatic speed synchronisation - MASTER support structure made of painted steel (stainless steel on request) - Total protection in transparent polycarbonate - Centralised electronics with Touch Screen operator panel - PLC unit with storage of operating parameters - Access for remote assistance.
