Description

This automatic labelling system is capable of applying a label to the bottom of bottles, glass or plastic jars, and other cylindrical or rectangular containers. It is particularly suitable for the cosmetics and perfumery industry as well as the food industry. Standard features: - LABELX 140 ES labelling machine - Oscillating applicator roller - Horizontal and vertical micrometric adjustment unit with numeric position indicators - Conveyor module with two width-adjustable side belts or two separate flat belts depending on the products and application specifications - MODULAR support structure made of painted steel (stainless steel on request) - Centralised electronics with Touch Screen operator panel - PLC unit with storage of operating parameters Optional accessories: - LABELX 250 ES - End-of-roll pre-alarm - Photocell for transparent labels - Heat coding unit - Thermal transfer printing unit Features / Technical Specifications: - Automatic and modular system - Suitable for cylindrical and rectangular containers - Target industries: cosmetics, perfumery, food
