This innovative solution was developed for the labelling of empty tubes mainly for the cosmetic and chemical sectors. The tubes are placed in the tube loader, separated and inserted on mandrels mounted on a carousel, which rotates and moves the products to the various operating stations. Label application is performed by a LABELX 140 ES and a product rotation system with automatic orientation of the label position respect to the cap opening. The support structure is made with the characteristic balcony construction with the electrical control panel located at the rear of the machine, and is equipped with polycarbonate guards.
