Description

It is an automatic labelling system capable of applying a label on the bottom and one on the top of glass or plastic jars and other cylindrical or rectangular containers. Particularly suitable for the cosmetics and perfumery industry as well as the food industry. Standard features: - Double LABELX 140 ES labelling unit - Oscillating applicator roller - Double horizontal and vertical micrometric adjustment unit with numeric position indicators - Conveyor module with two width-adjustable side belts or two separate flat belts depending on the products and application specifications - Automatic speed synchronisation - MODULAR support structure made of painted steel (stainless steel on request) - Centralised electronics with Touch Screen operator panel - PLC unit with storage of operating parameters Optional accessories: - LABELX 250 ES - End-of-roll pre-alarm - Photocell for transparent labels - Heat coding unit - Thermal transfer printing unit Technical Specifications: - Automatic and modular design - Suitable for various container shapes - Centralised control with touch screen
