Description
Automatic labelling system for unstable cosmetic containers such as Mascara, Lip-gloss and Lipsticks. The system is designed to apply multiple labels to a cosmetics container with positions predetermined by the presence of the print on the container. The product is appropriately oriented by a rotation device equipped with a camera to read the print on the container.
- In the first station, the barcode label is applied.
- Then, the “Water-Proof” label is applied.
- In the third station, the side label is applied to the cap/bottom of the product.
- Lastly, a fourth transparent label is applied as a guarantee seal.
