The LFM-01C and LFM-02C are multi-function automatic fusion machines designed for X-ray fluorescence (XRF) sample preparation. Suitable for steel, metallurgy, chemical, geological, cement, ceramics and refractory laboratories, they combine touch-screen operation, PLC and AI-assisted control to deliver reproducible fused beads for accurate XRF analysis.

Synchronous furnace swing combined with sample holder rotation produces vortex motion during melting for uniform homogenization and efficient bubble discharge in minimal time.

• Accurate temperature control

Silicon carbide heating element with S-type Pt-Rh thermocouple, LCD touch-screen + PLC + AI control, self-test on startup and preset parameters for precise regulation and consistent analytical reproducibility across different melting temperatures.

• Protection and safety

Hardware and software dual protection against burnout, over-temperature and related faults to preserve long-term stable operation.
