Overview
The LFM-02A automatic fusion machine is designed for X-ray fluorescence (XRF) sample preparation and related analytical workflows. It integrates an intelligent manipulator linkage system to perform cold-state lift, automatic sample feeding, controlled melting, inversion molding, sample pouring, air cooling and automatic sampling for fully automated fusion processes. The unit is suitable for metallurgy, mining, ceramics, refractories, chemicals and quality control laboratories.

• Integrated layout with independent exhaust to prevent erosion of control components.
• Multi-level protection: software over-temperature cutoff and hardware over-temperature alarm with main circuit disconnection; self-test and fault prompts.
