TG-100 Ultrasonic Thickness Tester works on the ultrasonic operating principle. It is based on advanced technology and its measuring range is 1.5～200mm/0.06～8inch for steel. It can test a variety of material, including steel, cast iron, aluminum, copper, brass, zinc, quartz glass, polyethylene, PVC, gray cast iron and nodular cast iron. Its resolution is 0.1mm with ±(0.5%n+0.2) accuracy. The power is supplied by the 4×1.5V AA batteries. The dimensions of the device are 160 x 68 x 32 and weight is 210g. The high temperature probe 5MФ12 features 1.0~225.0mm (normal temperature) measuring range. Measuring range of the steel at high temperature is 4.0~100.0mm. The working temperature is -10~+300℃s.
