LFR Series valves are 13 mm, 3-way chemically inert diaphragm-style solenoid valves designed for applications flowing aggressive fluids. With flow rates up to 600 mL/min at 30 psig (Cv = 0.029), these valves have been optimized for high flow performance without compromising reliability.
