The M&C pre-cooling units VC-… are used in gas analysis technology for condensate pre-separation in the case of gases highly saturated with water vapour, e.g. to relieve the downstream main cooling system if water or water vapour penetrations are to be expected on the process side, when non-heated sample lines are laid without a sufficient gradient, for measuring systems with chemical sensors.
