Overview

The UBF Series uni-body flanged ball valves are one-piece body valves designed for on/off and control applications in industrial fluid systems. They offer a compact footprint and simplified installation with standardized flanged connections.

• One-piece (uni-body) construction
• Flanged ends compatible with EN/ASME standards
• Full bore or reduced bore options
• Nominal diameters DN15–DN300
• Pressure rating up to PN16 / ANSI 150
• Seat materials: PTFE and reinforced PTFE options
• Stem sealing: packing, O-ring or anti-blowout stem

Materials & standards

• Body: carbon steel (WCB) or stainless steel (CF8M)
• Ball: stainless steel
• Seats: PTFE / RTFE
• Manufactured and tested according to common industrial standards; testing available per API 598 / ISO 5208
• Flange compatibility: EN 1092-1 / ASME B16.5
