OverviewThese manual stone splitters of the Trittico series are designed for splitting irregular, medium and large stone blocks. Integrated entry (and optionally exit) conveyors deliver heavy material under the splitting blade, reducing operator lifting and allowing the machine to function as a standalone unit or be integrated into a processing line.
OperationThe entry working table is replaced by an integrated conveyor that feeds the material directly to the blade. Typical conveyors use a double row of side-by-side steel slats; by independently controlling both rows the stone can be positioned and rotated up to 360°, enabling precise alignment with the splitting line.
Configurations and optionsOptional handling equipment includes manipulators with articulated arms, grippers or clamps to facilitate loading and positioning. A radio remote control is available for operator convenience. The series can operate as an independent production unit or as the primary splitting machine in a complete line.
Performance and finishBlades in the Trittico series feature extended tooth adjustment to improve finished surface quality and minimize waste. The same piece can be split multiple times without returning it to the line start. Adjustable blade return time helps optimize throughput and reduce idle time.
