The highly compact, inductive displacement sensors in the EVT and EVTB series are designed for short measuring ranges, from ±0.65 mm to ±12.5 mm. Linear movement is detected mechanically, either via a single-sided push rod with an internal return spring, or via a loose push rod for free mechanical coupling. The EVT is notable for its miniature, compact design, with a diameter of only 8–9.5 mm, and can be space-efficiently integrated into harsh environments.
EVT variants are available for high protection classes and pressure tightness.
EVT sensors are available in an IP64 design (EVT/EVT-L) and a pressure-tight IP68 design (EVT-W/EVT-LW). The pressure-tight variants can be used at pressures of up to 3.5 MPa (35 bar), making them ideal for use in environments containing liquids or where there are high differential pressures. The measuring ranges are from ±0.65 mm to ±12.5 mm.
The EVTB series is an economical alternative for compact applications.
The EVTB series complements the portfolio with an attractively priced IP64 solution. Probe and loose core versions are also available.
