Overview
The universal tool grinder is suitable for grinding tools made of high-speed steel, cemented carbide and similar materials. Available in models M6025K and 2M9125C, it combines cylindrical and tool-grinding functions for versatile workshop use.

Design and operation
This multipurpose grinder integrates universal cylindrical grinding and tool grinding into a compact structure with hydraulic or manual worktable operation. The worktable supports automatic reciprocating motion with stepless speed adjustment and can be operated manually. The machine performs dry and wet grinding and handles internal/external cylindrical and conical surfaces, faces, bevels and grooves. The grinding head offers wide rotation in horizontal and vertical planes and a range of spindle speeds to suit different abrasive wheels and tool geometries.
