Description

Overview
The CV Series vertical machining centers feature a rigid machine bed engineered by simulation to maximize rigidity while minimizing mass. They are designed for machining plate-like, disc-like and shell-like components, precision parts and molds. Each machine supports multiple operations in a single setup—milling, boring, drilling, reaming, counterboring and tapping—and is supplied with an Automatic Tool Changer (ATC), fully enclosed safety cover, automatic lubrication, cooling system and portable Manual Pulse Generator (MPG).

Technical overview (CV Series)
  • Models: CV-600, CV-800, CV-1000A, CV-1000B, CV-1200A(B), CV-1400(A/B), CV-1600, CV-2000.
  • Travel ranges (approx.): X 600–2000 mm, Y 410–900 mm, Z 540–800 mm; spindle nose to table varies by model.
  • Spindle speed: up to 10,000 rpm (CV-600); most models 6,000–8,000 rpm; some variants offer dual-speed options.
  • Tool magazine: typically 24 tools (variants up to 30); tool change: blade arm; tool taper: BT-40 or BT-50 depending on model.
