Description

The optoNCDT 1220 laser sensor offers both excellent price/performance ratio and extremely high measurement accuracy. It is particularly suitable for displacement and distance measurements in OEM projects and series applications in automation technology. This miniature, powerful sensor with integrated controller measures displacement, distance and position on a wide range of surfaces. It provides high precision measurement results with a measuring rate of 1 kHz. The Active Surface Compensation feature enables reliable control of the distance signal regardless of target color or brightness. Immediately ready to use, the sensor can be easily integrated without having to make any further settings. The optoNCDT 1220 sensors are preferably used in applications that require high speed. Particularly with distance control tasks in industrial printers, robots and logistics processes, as well as the monitoring of packaging machines, these laser sensors impress with their high performance and compactness. Characteristics - Measuring ranges (mm) 10 | 25 | 50 - Linearity from 10 µm - Repeatability from 3.7 µm - Measuring rate 1 kHz - Compact size with integrated electronics - 2 m integrated sensor cable with open ends - Trigger input - Analog output / RS422 interface - Quick commissioning and ease of use Easy integration Due to its extremely compact size with integrated controller, the sensor can also be installed in restricted spaces. Its low weight makes this laser sensor ideally suitable for applications where high accelerations occur. With compact design and high measurement accuracy, the optoNCDT 1220 sensors are predestined for OEM applications involving large quantities.
