BSTFLEX unidirectional glass fiber sleeve is a dry tubular preform with principal glass yarns aligned along the sleeve axis. The construction provides flexible, lengthwise fiber reinforcement suitable for placement over mandrels and shaped parts prior to resin impregnation. Diameter, fiber construction and supply length can be specified to match project requirements.

Fiber Orientation and Construction
The unidirectional design places the main glass fiber yarns in the 0° (lengthwise) direction while finer supporting yarns stabilize the tubular form during handling and layup. Installed diameter, coverage and fiber alignment depend on chosen construction and part geometry. For tapered or curved components, trial fitting is recommended to confirm coverage and cut length before production.
