Overview
Nitto 5015ELE is a double-coated pressure-sensitive tape built on a non-woven tissue carrier and formulated with a low-emission modified acrylic adhesive. It is designed for mounting applications requiring strong adhesion on low surface energy substrates and reduced VOC emissions.

Structure

• Modified acrylic adhesive (both faces)
• Non-woven tissue carrier
• Siliconized white PE-coated printed paper release liner (125 g/m²)

• Tape thickness (total without liner): 0.160 mm (EN 1942)
• Adhesive type: Modified acrylic
• Peel adhesion to BA steel: 1400 cN/20 mm (EN 1939 / ISO 29862)
• Peel adhesion to ABS: 1600 cN/20 mm (EN 1939 / ISO 29862)
• Peel adhesion to PP: 1400 cN/20 mm (EN 1939 / ISO 29862)
• Static shear: 0.5 mm / 3 h (EN 1943)
• SAFT (heat resistance): 185°C (+0.5°C/min, 20x15mm, 200g)

Applications
Suited for bonding foams and plastics, particularly on low surface energy substrates. Recommended for confined/interior environments such as automotive interiors, electronic devices and housings where low emissions and reliable adhesion are required.
