Product Overview
Nitto Double Coated Tapes 5015TPI and 5015TPI(DL) are baseless double-coated pressure-sensitive tapes with a modified acrylic adhesive. They are designed for industrial mounting and bonding applications where balanced adhesion, cohesion and tack are required, including bonding to low surface energy plastics. The smooth coated adhesive layer enables conformable, flexible application and consistent handling. 5015TPI is supplied with a white PE-coated paper liner; 5015TPI(DL) includes an additional PET liner for easier handling.

Structure
Baseless construction with coated adhesive on both faces. Release liner options: 5015TPI uses white PE-coated paper (125 g/m²); 5015TPI(DL) adds a PET liner (0.036 mm) to the PE-coated paper for improved handling and transport.
