Wire & Cable Off-Line OD MeasurementThe rotary chuck fixture enables motorized rotation of shafts or wires to detect diameter variation around the circumference. BenchMike Pro provides high-precision OD measurements within sub-micron specifications for wire and cable when used with appropriate fixtures.
Ultra-Fine Wire Off-Line Diameter MeasurementThe Ultra Fine Wire V-Block fixture holds tensioned wires in the 0.025 to 0.254 mm range and is used with the Small Spot Size option for accurate diameter measurement of ultra-fine wire.
Medical Tubing Off-Line ID/OD/Wall MeasurementThe ID/OD/Wall fixture measures internal diameter, external diameter and wall thickness on thin-wall, small-diameter medical tubing. The fixture applies controlled force and the system calculates all dimensions and wall measurements.
Pipe & Tube Off-Line OD and ID/OD/Wall MeasurementUsing V-block fixtures (and ID/OD/Wall where applicable), BenchMike Pro delivers fast OD, ID and wall thickness measurements on pipe and tube samples. The system can rotate a sample to predefined positions for multi-point measurement and can calculate concentricity and ovality. The GUI displays rotational cross-section views and deviation graphs versus rotation angle.
