Meat refiner R series

Utilized for the refining of the external parts of: • Beef and Sheep Tripes after the treatment from our centrifuge model P series • Beef Omasums (Reeds) after the treatment from our centrifuge model P series • Beef Abomasum (Reeds) after the treatment from our centrifuge model P series Ideal also for the treatment of the following products: • Beef & Pig Esophagus • Beef & Pig Ears DETAILS 'E' ECONOMICAL SERIES • The machines are made of stainless steel AISI-304, including the electrical cabinet • The machines have a matt (sand blasted) finish • Unless otherwise requested, the machine is completely wired together, requiring only the final connections to the main power source • Manual loading lid without any pneumatic aid • All cleaning phase and water inlet are manual • The discharge door has a manual lever • Rotation Speed of the plate is not adjustable • Upper Chamber can be dismantled, with a mechanical aid specialized and suitable for lifting • The machine does not produce hot water OPTIONAL: • Variable Speed Drive (VSD) controlling the plate rotation • Pneumatic Unloading Door • May install a semi-automatic electrical control panel with a PLC • Pneumatic pistons to open upper chamber (except mod.10, which is manual) • Automatic Electronic Mixing Valve or manual Mixing Valve
